What to Expect After Filing a Complaint
- Acknowledgment Within Two (2) Business Days
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days.
- Resolution Process (Up to 30 Days)
Our team will review your concern, investigate the matter, and make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
If the complaint is complex or classified as a major complaint, we will keep you informed of next steps while working toward resolution as efficiently as possible.

If needed, we may contact you to request additional information to help us fully review and resolve your complaint.
